هي اختبارات متطلبة لكي تثبت ان معدة الحماية تعمل على حسب مواصفات المصنعة لها وتطابق الموصفات والمقاييس العالمية. هذه الاختبارات تتطلب مجهود اكبر في المرحلات المتطورة على سبيل المثال مقارنة بالمرحلات الالكتروميكانيكية او الالكترونية
