What's amazing is that there are certain creatures that defy rationale and have patterns that exist outside of the norm. So we can examine 1 of the most praised creatures in Islām

Greater Signs: The Honeybees
As we know, from a theological perspective, nothing was created without a purpose, and so considering verses, creatures that we can't communicate with are a good place to look for signs of intelligent design. In this case, bees have long been celebrated in many societies but
many surrounded them with superstitions and their true nature was not known.
Muslims believe that the Quran itself is a miracle, but most of it cannot be seen without serious investigation and contemplation of its verses.
In this case, there's an entire surah (chapter) called Al-NaHl (The Honeybees). The only verse that mentions bees in this surah is made up of 16 words, w/ 16 different Arabic letters and it is now known male bees have 16 chromosomes, female bees, workers, and queens have 2 pairs
of 16 (So they have 32, if fertilized by male to make a female). Once born, only the female bees make honey 🍯, they have stingers, get nectar and pollen from flowers, and store it in their "honey stomach", diff from their food stomach, essentially do all the honey making.
If we look at the Quranic Arabic, we see the deliberate use of the female form of the words used in the following verse briefly describing the process. "Yakhruju min buTooniha". 'Ha' at the end of a word strictly refers to a female object, in this case referring to bee's gender.
Similarly 'ee' at the end of a verb is strictly to address a female. Below is the translation n transliteration of how the Arabic script above is actually pronounced. If you notice, Allah addresses all bees (NaHl), n then focuses in on female bees regarding honey.
Beyond this, the female bees have an esoteric way of communicating in order to make honey known as the waggle dance. Some forage and find a mine of flowers for good nectar, then come back to the hive and performs a dance to tell the others exactly how to get there through it.
In doing so, they follow a particular formula. Since most nests are built vertically, they indicate the direction of the field by flying towards the sun, and if it is an angle from the sun, they use it to show the angle away from the sun, and they waggle to tell the distance.
As the distance the food increases, the length of the waggle increases. Researchers now estimate that 1 sec of waggling is roughly 1km of flight. Look at how intelligent these creatures are.
At the same time, the observing bee has to decipher this dance and understand the location being indicated, and the one doing the dance already accommodates for the moving position of the sun due to the rotation of the Earth and the estimated time it would take to arrive there.
In addition, it's been found that bees from different regions have different dialects of waggle dance, and it has been observed some European bees learned to communicate with Asiatic bees. From an evolutionary standpoint, this would've had to be developed by chance and passed on
to every bee community around the world. This means the first time this was used by the bee ancestor, it was understood correctly, then passed on and on around the world. And this is a creature without, we could not survive by way of the pollenation they do to produce our food.
This is surely hard to believe.
Relevant Quran verses:
"[to the bees] Then eat of all the fruits and walk in the ways of your Lord submissively. There comes forth from within it a beverage of many colours, in which there is healing for men; most surely there is a sign in this for a people who reflect."(Q16:69)
