When a @hoodline reporter interviewed me abt this, she said @sfpublicworks wasnβt sure who had put the boulders there even though the boulders:

@Hoodline @sfpublicworks So thereβs an article out that says housed folks in the area pooled their $$ to place the boulders (also horrifying) BUT:
- itβs still on public property but DPW says they have no plans to move them
- DPW workers were involved in moving the boulders using DPW trucks
