Pulling guns from outlaws.
It seems that talking about the withdrawal of weapons from outlaw groups has become very much in the speeches of Iraqi security men, and it has yielded little results
and also when written in the government program of the previous Iraqi governments for the past 17 years, the use of weapons outside the law is a negative culture for many Iraqi people.
All attempts by Iraqi governments to withdraw weapons from outlaws are hampered by political and security problems, as a result of the association of outlaw groups with some political parties, which led to positive results for outlaws and political parties
armed groups protect the corrupt in some Iraqi parties, and protect their corrupt business projects, and prevent it from being detected by force of arms when any attempt to detect it.
Some political currents have added legal legitimacy to some outlaw groups, when they have joined the Popular Mobilization Forces, and talk about the withdrawal of weapons from outlaws is not associated with armed ideological groups
But also linked to Arab tribes in southern, central and western Iraq.
Tribesmen say they have more military power than the Iraqi government, and that the government should treat them very specifically,
so, withdrawing weapons from outlaws requires changing the political behavior of Iraqi legislators in the House of Representatives.
And also that political parties with armed wings should review their policies, And also stop the activity of the economic parties outside the law
and hold accountable those who smuggle weapons and drugs into Iraq, as well as activating ineffective laws governing party and military action, and open a dialogue between outlaw groups and the government if they want dialogue
So that the state does not choose the option of armed confrontation.
I think there's a good possibility of opening a dialogue with outlaw groups that belong to the POPULAR MOBILIZATION Commission, they belong to the military establishment that follows the Iraqi government
So any disobedience from them to the orders of the state would be a coup against the state, then the state will go to make serious choices in dealing with these outlaw editing groups, and of course they do not want to reach them
The government should not only issue warnings in its speeches, prevent the decline of state institutions towards failure, and reorganize and develop iraqi army forces, anti-terror forces, the Iraqi National Security Service and the Iraqi Intelligence Service.
Political forces must work to make room for the state to hold outlaws accountable, in the end, the mission is cooperative, the people must restore their confidence in the government and internal stability prevails in the country.
The mission of the state should be to protect religious and national minorities, uncover the file of abductees and return the displaced to their areas.
