In my experience once your profile is disabled, it's gone.
However, if you have it setup correctly you won't lose access to any of your accounts.
(Obviously you have to do this before your profile gets disabled.)

1. Go to Business Setting and find the section 'People'
2. Click 'Add' and then enter an email address that no one would ever have or make.
Something like 09384039840398@gmail.com
3. Then select all the accounts, pages, pixels, etc you want access to.

4. Then press 'Invite'
5. Now, you should see the email address you used under the 'People' section and it should say pending.
If so, click the button 'Resend' right above the 'Add Assets' button.
6. Next, you'll see an invitation link which you can copy.

This is your recovery link.
Next time your FB profile goes down, this is all you have to do:
Log into your new FB profile, then paste your recovery link and accept the invitation.
Everything you assigned when making the link will now be available for that new FB profile.

2 things to note:
1. Make a new recovery link every 30 days if you don't use them or they will expire
2. If you use the link, make sure to make another one
