So there is reference to Jalebi as "सुधा कुंडलिका" (Sudha Kundalika) in Sri Garga Samhita as one of the dish served in 'छप्पन भोग' (Chhapan Bhog) by Parshurama to army of Dwarka.

Notice there are two terms:
चक्राभचिन्हिका which Gita press translates as चक्र के आकार वाली मिठाई like अमृती while Pt Vamsidhar uses रामचक्रचिन्हिका
सुधा कुंडलिका is translated as जलेबी by Gita press while Pt Vamsidhar translates it as अमृत कुंडली (अमृती)
