1. DRINK WATER. Ditch the sugary drinks
2. Exercise: cycling, walking, dancing, yoga helps
3. Ditch the milk. Stick to herbal teas like Zobo (hibiscus) Chamomile, green or ginger tea
3. Full body massage and acupuncture helps. Especially lower belly massage.
4. Warm water bottle compression
5. Regular Warm water baths
6. Eat only food rich in fiber and healthy fat! Ditch the junk
6. Use over the counter painkiller. If pain is severe, PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR FOR A BETTER PRESCRIPTION and possibly diagnosis for any medical conditions causing pain.
