I thought we'll be losing this client with the new iOS14 changes.
Apple has made it extremely hard for eCommerce Brands to scale.
Instead, I was able to get us back at 1.5 ROAS (profitably) with Facebook Ads.
Here's how you can do it too:
Simplified Ad-Account Structure, Not more than 4 Campaigns at a time even if the Ad-Accounts is Spending 5k$/day, previously we had 7-8 campaign, which was making it difficult with tracking & to make the decision in the Ad-Account.
Using UTM parameter + Google Analytics + Shopify to make decisions in the Ad-Account Accordingly.
Sometimes youโ€™ll find good CPC on Ads, but due to Poor reporting youโ€™ll not be able to view the real purchases.
@getelevar works great in pushing data from Shopify to GA.
Creatives are the biggest lever you can pull in any Ad-Account to Improve performance. We increased the number of creatives we were testing, we started testing 10-15 creatives every week.
Pro tip:- Use the same creative youโ€™ve & change the first 5-7 seconds of the Video accordingly to the sales angle, it will help you churn way more creatives & test various Sales angles
We started using @EnquireLabs & it has been a gamechanger, to really get great data, on why really some people buy our products, based upon the data, we started creating different creatives, landing pages on different sales angles, which helped us to achieve better results.
Whitelisting Ad(Using Influencer Page to Run Ads), We started using different influencer profiles, with whom we partnered for content to run Ads from their profile & weโ€™re seeing lower CPM as well as CPC. It certainly depends on Influencer as well, But youโ€™ve to test that
9:16 Format Videos for both Reel + Story only placement are performing really well with low CPM as well as CPC. Best organic performing Reel & tik-toks works really well in here as well.
