- Binance enabled withdrawals, but withdrawers drained the wallet, so they closed it. Bullish sign.
- @arbitrum hit a new TVL ATH of $3.8B
- Once people deposit on Arbitrum they stay
- @GMX_IO, @Treasure_DAO & @dopex_io all killing it
- $ARBI token more likely
