Lymphoma cells show high forward scatter because they are slightly bigger cells - also they are CD19+ C20 + CD10 + HLADR+ CD38+ TdT- BCL2- /3
Finally , they are CD43+ CD71+ ( partial) CD5- and show light chain restriction - here they are kappa restricted
