People say you can't buy businesses for less than their profit or for 1-2x their profit.
Here are just 2 business that prove them wrong.
Why would anyone sell you that biz for so cheap Codie??
IDK, bankruptcy, divorce, cancer, cash needs, over running it, hasn't sold for long time, don't want to list publicly, they like me...
There are literally 4801384212398123 reasons.
A nail salon doing $50k annual cashflow, selling for $40k.
I have a friend that wants to own this one instead of work inside her hair salon. Interesting.
A glass installation company for $795k that does $356k in profit.
And they're willing to do seller financing (and stay on for 3-6 months).
A roofing company doing $200k in cashflow for $315k.
I like to roll these up and do the deals with realtors who hold big multi-family properties to also service their accounts.
Don't listen to people who tell you the market is XXX in small businesses.
The market is what you make it when you go find off-market deals or smaller deals.
Not always, but it can be. And also - price isn't everything.

Now these don’t mean they’re good companies you have to dig in, but it does mean deals are all around.
There are so many out there, it'll shock you.
Then it'll annoy you for how long it takes to get your first deal done.
