But when they do make a big purchase they suffer from buyers remorse.
Your job is to eliminate that as soon as possible.
• Send them a personalised video
• Onboard them within 72 hours
• Send them a gift
• If they are local, meet them in person.
Stop being cheap.
A book, mont blanc pen or good meal goes a LONG way.
5. Quick wins
Most people move so slow.
If you want to keep clients forever you have to move quicker than their entire team.
You can’t expect clients to wait patiently for 4 months while you ‘get things set up’.
Stop wasting time.
- Go get a list of their top prospects
- Go collect case studies
- Give them resources they can use internally
- Show them a detailed growth plan - month by month what you’ll do
- Make introductions to your network (if they can provide value)
6. Always look for the next win
Think of it like this - their business IS yours.
Every day ask yourself… “How can I bring more value”
Normally it’s about looking for that next win.
Analysing what worked and what didn’t and doubling down on what works.
7. Over Communicate
99% of agencies underdeliver and under-communicate.
