I have made over $1.25 Million with ONE Single Dropshipping Supplier in the last 10 Mo/s.
You are 1 high-end supplier from a completely different life.
See below for my supplier sourcing SOP
[Creating a High Ticket Store - THREAD 3 of 10] 🧵
🧵Sourcing 7 Figure Brands🧵
Before moving on....if you haven't yet, read step 2/10 so you have context (you should have a broad niche in mind at this point).
We will now cover the 6 step framework to identify all suppliers within your chosen niche that drop ship products.
1️⃣ For each of the sub categories that you identified in thread 2/10, you will now type into Google:
“Buy [Product type] Online” (If you are not in the US, use a VPN in the US).
Go to “Shopping” along the top menu bar.
Our goal is to find online only stores that sell only that product type and/or similar products and add them to a list in a Google Sheet.
Tip: Look for stores with the product or similar product types within the store name.
"Treadmills World" is an example.
2️⃣ You can now scroll down to the bottom left where it says “Brands” and “Sellers”
You can immediately add any brands that you see listed on the mid-left-hand side of the screen to your Google Sheet.
After adding these to your sheet, find "sellers" in the bottom left.
Look for sellers that only sell fitness equipment.
With experience, you will be able to identify a dropshipping store from its name.
I’ve boxed in red the ones where I would start (you can always go back and add more later).
3️⃣ You will now go to each of the websites boxed in red.
Once on the website, look for a section on their website titled "brands" or "vendors"
This section is usually in the top menu bar, or product collection page on the left hand side.
4️⃣ I’ve used “Treadmills and Fitness World” as an example below.
You will now add each of the “Brands” on the website to your Google Sheet supplier list. Next [ctd...]
5️⃣ You will now fill out the sheet for each of the websites boxed in red from the "Sellers" section in the bottom left hand of Google.
When done, go through all of the other sub-product types from the previous thread (rowers, bikes, home gyms etc.) and do the same thing.
This might seem tedious, but remember, you are forming the foundational building blocks for a multimillion-dollar store.
A few hours of work is nothing when considering the potential payoff of $50,000 days.
I’ve linked the spreadsheet below:
#gid=0" target="_blank" rel="noopener" onclick="event.stopPropagation()">docs.google.com
6️⃣ Once you have completed this for all of the product types within your broad category, the next step is to begin supplier research.
Supplier research will give you the best opportunity at identifying those that can take you to 7 figures, and therefore, what ones to prioritize.
That is all for Part 3 of 10 of the High Ticket Master Thread.🧵
All I ask is that you Retweet the first tweet if you took any value from this and I'll keep them coming daily.
Part 4 coming tomorrow✌️
