98.9% of people struggle with fear.
But most people don't know what causes fear in the first place.
Here's the real reason you struggle with fear:
As a child, you were fearless.
Children run and explore the world without abandon.
It's only when people begin to imprint their fears on you that things begin to change.
You were told not to be so loud in class.
You were laughed at by people who doubted your dreams.
You were hurt by certain groups of people.
When these events happened, you experienced a lot of anger.
Because you were a kid, you couldn't express your anger.
You learned that anger is not an acceptable emotion.
You learned that if you express your anger, you will be abandoned.
As a result, that anger is tucked in your unconscious.
Anger is the root of all fear.
In every situation you fear, there is anger tucked inside your unconscious.
Anger at someone that hurt you once.
Anger at yourself for some failure that occurred.
To let go of fear for good, you have to let go of the anger behind the situation for good.
How can this be done?
-Journaling about your fear and analyzing where the anger is.
-Spending some time alone with your thoughts
-Meditation to feel and release anger
That's a wrap!
