I get told to 'f off' almost everyday lol. If anyone responds to you negatively, ignore & move on.
You won't remember that dum-dum once a fat $10k invoice hits your Stripe account a year from now, will you?
2️⃣ Lack Of Research
→ You chose an industry that you know NOTHING about.
Why B2B Saas?
Why Coaches?
Why Ecom?
Write down:
- Pain points
- Business model
- Profit margins
- Customer lifetime value
- Tech
- Etc.
3️⃣ Copying Niches

→ You just 'copied' a niche that's working for somebody else.
I made this mistake when starting out.
I tried targeting dentists even though I HATED going to the dentist lol.
Start with a niche aligned with your interests/experience.
4️⃣ "Hell No" Offer
→ You basically tell people to pay you $2k/month for a service you've never done before... and don't guarantee any results or refunds.
Their response?
"Hell NAH."
