1) Have a strong why
This step is crucial.
But a lot of people get it wrong.
Your why shouldn't be negative. "I want to stop feeling bad."
You want your why to be:
- Specific and visual
- Positive
"I want to live porn free because I'll have more energy" is a strong why.

2) Reinforce positive self-talk

If you affirm these things over yourself, what do you think will happen?
Speak words over yourself that affirm the reality you want.
