the purpose of green politics is not to save the world, must like race and sex justice it has no stated "win scenario" and it can never be satisfied. it is primarily an attempt to create a religious-moral framework in which morality can be quantified in numbers
this is the overt purpose of the project they dont even bother to hide it
most people operate on a very primitive religious framework. all this "tribal nature worship" stuff we invented in the 1800 and projected onto the "natives" and "tribals", is really just the psychological frame the vast majority of people operate on:
the harvest is bad? it's probably because someone in the tribe failed morally at something, and punishment from the gods. inflation, rising gas prices? it's because someone in the tribe failed morally at something and punishment from the gods
even otherwise reasonably intelligent people dont operate at a scale much larger than weeks and months in projecting into the future and the past, and cant connect the dots between, ex, 2 years of forced economic closure, with the situation today. they just dont get it
and the entire idea behind "green" politics is to formalize the entire modern humanism thing into a rigid system which can be comfortably calculated to make everything run a lot smoother
the "priest" class is not the scientists or even the politicians. those are high priests or popes. the priest class is televisions. literal robots are the priest class
imagine the indulgences problem but turned into an entire religion. every single aspect is turned into a numerical value which translates to a dollar price. that's the green project. the green was code for dollar bills all along
