China's AKF-98A, a stealthy missile or a glide bomb?
Does it have an engine or just capable of gliding? Well, the answer is in plain sight, boxed in red the text indicates the location of the Refuel/ Fuel Dump portal Only a jet engine would need it
So then where is the air intake? Some say it's similar to the US AGM-152C, where the air intake is underneath the folded wings
However, upon closer look, there doesn't seem to be an opening for the air intake Plus the ridge at the root of the folding wings seem to be pretty high This would obstruct the air flow into the air intake
Which means, the air intake is located on the underside of the missile That cover looks to be removable The bolt jutting out on a carefully designed stealth platform, means it should be removed before flight So, the air intake should be underneath that cover
