It doesn't help your channel grow if you just create videos randomly
Generate ideas and think of a strategy that you can try for the next 3 months
Plan at least 5-10 videos in advance

Making quality thumbnails and the title is 80% science and 20% art
Aim to nail that 80% down and your channel will grow
The goal of these two is to create curiosity and evoke emotions in the viewer while conveying the idea clearly
