Her final diagnosis is cutaneous PAN vs cutaneous LCV
- skin biopsy s/o small vessel vasculitis
- ANA, ANCA, RF, APLA, Cryoglobulins/firinogens negative
- no hypertension, but we couldn't do a CT angio to rule out visceral involvement (patient had some issues at home)

We had given her steorids 1mg/kg + heparin initially & most of her lesions are resolving -even the digital gangrene is now only looking superficial

The plan is to taper steroids and observe!
