Our Wk 52 2022 Update begins with Abnormal Lab Findings Mortality. We're almost back to a peak. Not good news. That means that Factor-\/ deaths are not going to go down soon. There's a long-term etiology at play here, and public health officials have their heads in the sand.
Thus, we examine Excess Non-Covid Natural Cause Mortality. 514 K US deaths, constituting a 15.2% excess. Most of Europe is even higher than this. Sweden, as we saw last week is probably in the best shape, at 13.3% excess. This effect exists in heavily vaccinated nations only.
Aside from this 514 K excess natural cause death is another 143 K excess mortality from non-natural causes. That makes for 657,490 deaths from bad public health decisions in 2020/21. 2022 was merely a transition year. 2023 will be the 'Year of the Reaping'
Cancer mortality growth has tapered a little, but one can see that this occurs every end of year. The key is, that we are 36,000 deaths higher than we should have been. Small count relative to E-NCNCM, however a totally different implication in this signal. Bears close watching.
Flu-Pneumonia deaths hit a peak recently. One can corroborate this with the CDC's Flu Surveillance data. I do this comparison in my models each week to help calibrate its settings.
Thus, regarding all forms of excess mortality 3-wk m-avg Covid = 2,230
E-NCNCM = 8,097 or 15.2%
E-NNCM = 991 or 18.2% This is the price we are paying now, and there is no tail or end in sight. 2023 = The Year of the Reaping
In terms of our Tevye Chart, the increase in Excess Non-Covid Natural Cause Mortality has moved up our 'Overtaking' date to 19 Sep 2023. This is the point at which ignorance officially becomes more deadly than pathogenicity.
And finally, it goes without saying that our Public Health Missteps wrt Covid constitute the most deadly man-made event in US history by far. Over 1 million victims of our hubris and ignorance.
