And there's pre-selling to help you do just that.
But there are things you can do even before you try to pre-sell to raise your own confidence.
You can spy on competitors.
Yet most ppl do it wrong

Here's one of the many processes I use to spy on my competitors.

Step 1: Get PPSpy Chrome Ext
We'll use this chrome extension to spy on the live sales of a Shopify store.
Today we'll be looking at Alpha Lion.
I left PPSpy running on this page for roughly 7 hours today.
PPSpy shows up at the bottom of the page like this

Step 2: Get Instant Data Scraper Chrome Ext
We'll want to pop open PPSpy and look at live sales.
Then open up Instant Data Scraper to scrape the entire list (automatically).
This scraped about 500 sales in 7 hours.

Step 3: Copy All
We want to copy the data from Instant Data Scraper by selecting "Copy All"

Step 4: Let's move it all to Google Sheets
I need to be able to manipulate this data for the next step.

Step 5: Use my formula / query
Look, I used to be a coder.
I have formulas for a lot of stuff 🤣
It'll select the column with the product names, and it will check how often they were purchased.

Step 6: Analyze it
We need to now see which products are selling the most.
And beware of product name typos...
You want to look into why these names are different, but based on this.

I want to actually check what ads are running to these products... why?
Because I know they are selling!
99% certain actually.
I want to start by looking at the oldest ads as those are likely the most profitable.

Take a look at TikTok's Creative Center and Vidtao for YT ads.
Creative Center is free, Vidtao is not.
