Method one
Find Confluence between the Planetary Hours Ingress and Egress.
I use about a 3 minute window for the Confluence to be used.
Ingress is the First Time and Egress is the second time.
You won't get as many turn times this way, but accuracy will be increased.

Use the Element of the Day
Monday Water or APAS
Tuesday Fire or TEJAS
Wednesday Air or VAYU

Friday Earth or PRITHVI
Saturday Earth
Sunday Fire or TEJAS
Use the Element of the Day
