In 1936, Cambridge anthropologist JD Unwin wrote a remarkable 600+ page book called Sex and Culture. In it he examined data from 86 societies and civilisations to see if there was any relationship between sexual freedom and the flourishing of cultures. What did he find?
Increased sexual constraints, either pre or post-nuptial, always led to increased flourishing of a culture. Conversely, increased sexual freedom always led to the collapse of a culture three generations later.
Rationalist cultures that retained this chastity and monogamy for at least three generations exceeded all other cultures in every area, including literature, art, science, furniture, architecture, engineering, and agriculture.
If total sexual freedom was embraced by a culture, that culture collapsed within three generations to the lowest state of flourishing characterized by people who have little interest in much else other than their own wants and needs and desires.
At this level, the culture is usually conquered or taken over by another culture with greater social energy.
Is this not what we see today? A culture where people are obsessed about what is between their legs and what activities they want to do with them?

Science must be guided by ethics and morality. There is huge potential for harm if morality is taken out of consideration. The conundrum now is that morality requires belief in God. Since the West removed God from public consciousness, morality is now malleable and unprincipled.
The truth is, as noble as scientific inquiry can potentially be, it will never disable the consequences of degeneracy. Monkeypox should have taught us that. We cannot uphold degeneracy as a lifestyle without consequences. Itβs like the little Dutch boy plugging holes in the dam.
We must return to basics. Take a step back and zoom out. Look at the picture, not just the pixel. Understand what the reality of life is.The best way to ensure flourishing of the human condition for *everyone* (not just Muslims) is by adhering to Godβs guidance: Quran and Sunnah.
The further we stray, the more problems will arise. There will be so many holes in the dam that a flood will no longer be preventable. We are now almost three generations down from the Euro-American sexual revolution of the 1960s which was exported to the rest of the world.
It is patently clear to see that the sexual revolution was an enormous mistake. The evidence is all around us in full colour (pardon the pun) as the breakdown of society is now visible in the West. Why are we still adamant on jumping on this bandwagon so late in the game?
We have time to learn from their mistakes and change course. The degeneracy has to be stopped. The toxic hypersexual environment has to be stopped. The ubiquitous nudity and p0rnography has to be stopped. Families need to be strengthened. Gender roles need to be returned to.
