A client enrolled with us, female, 85kg, 158cm height, with the most common concern - I don’t eat at all, but I still gain weight. She wanted to shred some kilograms but was worried about how we would do that? She is already eating less. Age 52
As the first rule of coaching, we asked her to get a blood test done to check her thyroid condition & then in the first week, and we just asked her to share food pics of whatever she is eating daily.
The pics of the day:
Breakfast: one bowl of poha with tea and 2 biscuit
Lunch: 2 chapati with some veggies and pickle
Supper: tea with some biscuits
Dinner: a bowl of rice with some dal.
No sweets. No junk. No extra ghee.
But is she still gaining weight?

Upon grilling her more through various questions and our procedure, we came to know that even her weekends were on track. No major food intake.
Now this is the most common phenomenon in the age group of 45-60. Our mothers' group.
They eat less but still gain weight.
