Today's map of the day is something I'd always wondered about so I took a few minutes to find the answer - population of postcode areas (using the @geolytix boundary file + E&W Census 2021 data) B for the win!
this adds up to about 5.1 million people
CF and BS very close in population, SO a good bit less than PO, S I was surprised by, and YO still the best postcode area name
I did not know that the Shrewsbury postcode looked like this
