What might appear on the MFB surveillance tapes that have been buried, suppressed, and hidden for over 25 years? Well, this OKCPD police report says what we might see on those tapes: a fireball blasting out of the 6th floor.
Is this was Terry Yeakey saw that disturbed him so much? After rescuing people and seeing the devastation up close he would have heard on the news it was a "car bomb"
Then what happens when he watches the surveillance tape and he sees a huge fireball shoot out of the 6th floor followed by the building collapsing on itself.
What conclusions would Terry have had?
I contend that Terry went into the OKC evidence locker, took the tape, and made a copy.
We know that multiple surveillance tapes were in the custody of OKCPD before the FBI got their hands on them. Some FBI docs show the custody transfer from OKCPD to FBI.
So we know the chain of custody for multiple tapes was from the establishment, to the OKCPD, to the FBI.
What if, just what if, Terry had gone into the evidence locker and made a copy of one of those tapes? Then he became upset over it and wanted to show it to someone?
Why was Terry lured to a meeting with two "feds" the day he died? He knew something was "off" about the meeting. Yet, somewhere, in Terry's mind, he must have thought law enforcement was "good" like he was. He thought he was meeting the good guys.
But, no. He walked into a setup. He was seized upon, he was bound--ligature marks showing he was bound--and evidently he was tortured.
Were these "feds" extracting from Terry the location of any copies of the tape Terry had made?
And why was Terry's apartment ransacked? Why was his close friend Romona's place tossed, too?
Why was the VCR and tape that Terry left in Tonia's vehicle stolen from that vehicle?
Why has the gun that killed Terry never been identified?
Was it an FBI-issued service weapon?
You will find, too, that whomever murdered Terry ripped his car apart:
"The seats had been completely unbolted, the floor-boards ripped up, and the side panels removed, all in an apparent effort to find the incriminating documents."
Was it documents, or a tape they wanted?
