Many people say that the overton window has shifted in India in favor of non-left. Well, I don't think so.
The best way to assess the shift in the overton window is to observe what is happening in the entertainment industry (films, web-series, etc). (1/n)
With a few exceptions, the content has become increasingly worse than before, particularly with the advent of OTTs platforms.

And before someone argues that these OTT companies have low subscription rates and therefore have limited reach, they should know that most people don’t use subscriptions to watch these web series. There are numerous sites where you can watch these web series for free. (7/n)
But as always, our society seems to be apathetic towards this matter, believing that electoral victories are the only meaningful pursuit. (8/n)
