I enjoyed reading "THE ICE" so much that I watched the movie "THE WAVE" written by the author, Jon Kåre Raake. Norway is surrounded by fjords. The setting of a tsunami caused by a rock fall is scary.

The movie was so well made that I also watched the sequel, "THE QUAKE" in which the main character suffers disaster twice, Die Hard style.
