We kick things off with a tour of one of the oldest townships in South Africa, and the birthplace of Amapiano, Mamelodi. Come along with us to as we find out all about the humble beginnings of this genre that's taking the music scene by storm. #ComeJourneyWithUs #YourMomentsInSA

The name "Mamelodi" comes from the Sepedi word with the prefix "ma" meaning mother, & the suffix "melodi" meaning melodies. Its meaning can be loosely translated to mean “Mother of Melodies” which makes it the perfect setting for today’s tour. #ComeJourneyWithUs #YourMomentsInSA
