It used to take me 30 minutes to go from messy notes to a project plan.
My new AI-powered workflow crushes that time to 3 minutes.
Here are the exact prompts I use to make that happen:
I use @NotionHQ for all my notes.
But I *hate* sorting through them.
I'd have to spend 30-60 minutes to turn them into something valuable - a plan!
BUT their new Notion AI feature cuts that time to 3 minutes:

Prompt:
"Turn the notes above into a project plan highlighting key objectives, tasks and deliverables with estimated time durations"
@NotionHQ 2. Turn the project plan into a marketing plan
Prompt:
"Create 3 variations of a marketing plan. Share the data in a table format and include the duration, cost and expected ROAS (return on adspend)"
@NotionHQ 3. Turn the project plan into a hiring plan
Prompt:
"Brainstorm the first 5 hires at the company. For each hire, write about their role in detail and provide templates for interview questions that I can use to make the hiring process easier"

Prompt:
"Shorten the speech. This speech contains a lot about features. Only include inspirational and motivational aspects in the speech. Talk less about features and more about vision."
@NotionHQ Without Notion AI, this would have taken me 30-60 minutes.
Keeping it native in Notion saves me time and keeps everything organized.
