People who are secure in who they are aren't as attracted to hate or resentment, self-esteem is a good cure to this stuff.
Dude literally this confirms my thesis. It's like Roland Freyer's finding that the "acting white" trope in schools only really existed in mixed schools, not in majority-AA schools. It's overcompensating for your own background.
It's kind of like the over the top homophobia from closeted far-right people, it's the same dynamic at work, you're trying to overcome something around you. If you just have a healthy sense of self you don't do this stuff.
