When I refer to fasting I’m talking about not consuming anything but water for an extended period

I’ve found that staying busy while I fast significantly helps manage this

I try to stay busy mentally and physically when fasting
Going for walks, stretching, reading, working, bike rides or even just sitting in nature help a lot
This keeps my mind busy and some low-intensity forms of movement also helps keep my blood flowing and provides energy
