There many historic mosques in #Delhi where prayers are banned. Many of these mosques r in great shape, but ASI has banned prayers there. Recently prayer was banned in Mughal Masjid in Qutub Minar complex. I am putting a few mosques here. You can add with pics here.

Jamali Kamali Mosque, Mehrauli, Delhi, was constructed in 1528-1529. It is claimed to be a forerunner in the design of Mughal mosque architecture in India. The prayer hall, fronted by a large courtyard, has five arches with the central arch only having a dome.
The Moti Masjid is a white marble mosque inside the Red Fort complex in Delhi, India. Located to the west of the Hammam and close to the Diwan-i-Khas, it was built by the #Mughal emperor #Aurangzeb from 1659 to 1660.
It is in great shape but has been locked for decades.
Madhi Masjid is a magnificent 15th century mosque. The structure is believed to be from the 15th century, which places it in the Lodi Era.
Khirki Mosque, on the edge of southern wall of Jahanpanah (the fourth city of Medieval Delhi), was built by Khan-i-Jahan Junan Shah, the prime minister of Feroz Shah Tughlaq (1351–1388) of the Tughlaq Dynasty.
Moth ki Mosque was built in 1505 by Wazir Miya Bhoiya, Prime Minister during the reign of Sikander Lodi (1489–1517). It was a new type of mosque developed by the Lodis in the fourth city of the medieval Delhi of the Delhi Sultanate.
Begumpur Mosque is like a twin to its counterpart at Jama Masjid, similar in size but completely opposite in its present state to the Old Delhi mosque. There’s a debate as to whether the mosque was built during Muhammad-bin-Tughlaq’s or his successor, Firoz Shah's reign.
Jami Masjid Firoz Shah Kotla is one of the most ancient and largest surviving mosque and monument. When Taimur came to Delhi, he offered prayer there. It is surrounded by a large courtyard with cloisters and a Prayer Hall. The Prayer Hall now in complete ruins.
