Why rhabdo?
1. High Pi (and low Ca)
2. Lack of increase in bilirubin
(The elevated AST, LDH, and urine findings may be seen in both hemolysis and rhabdo).
Other options for next tests:
1. Serum Mb
2. Serum haptoglobin (normal in rhabdo, low in hemolysis)
Why rhabdo?
