IF YOU ARE TIRED OF BEING USED AS LIQUIDITY IN THE MARKET, open this thread.
In this thread, I'll share with you one way that profitable traders take their entry without being used as liquidity
A thread 🧡
Sometimes your stop loss hits and price starts moving your way, some times a fellow trader will tell you that your stop loss is his entry & it actually plays out, sometimes you're seeing two structures in one place wondering which to choose.
This is what you need to knowπŸ‘‡
This continuation entry model portrays a good example of the above scenarios
You can see two structures, upper one πŸ”΄and a lower one πŸ”΅. Some of us would wonder why price ignored the red one to use the blue structure.
Yes I know that price used the red structure as inducement but why did price use the red structure as inducement? This is because the upper structure πŸ”΄ failed to mitigate into the blue structure, so price used it as inducement & continued with the blue structure.
They are both unsupported structures
Note but if the upper structure πŸ”΄ mitigates the lower one πŸ”΅ price usually use that upper structure for continuation, they are both supported structures
Some of us would have used the upper one πŸ”΄ and get stopped out before price moves.
$Eurusd is one of pair that uses this model.
You can see how price ignored the upper structure to use the lower one, some of us would have rushed in at the upper structure and get stopped.
Price came for the blue one because the red structure failed to mitigate the blue one
It also happens sometimes with crypto pairs, here's an example on $woousdt
Price used the upper one as inducement because the upper onr failed to mitigate the lower one.
Another example from $mkrusdt
