The holy grail of download speeds and conspiracy theories.
It's time to unveil the truth about it works and how it is affecting our health.
Everything you need to know to understand 5G rollout + tips to avoid negative health effects.

First off, what even is 5G and how is it different from 3G/4G networks?
5G = 5th generation communication technology
It differs, and is "better" than 4G/3G because it provides faster internet at lower latency times.
5G has targeted peak download speeds up to 20Gb/s or 2.5GB/sec
That means at peak speeds you could download a 2.5GB movie in one second
A more realistic time for average 5G speeds is 35sec for a 3GB movie
Compared to 4G LTE (27min) and 3G (68min), thats a big difference.
In a world of increasing data and technology use, apparently this speed is important.
But what makes 5G so fast? What is different in the technology from 4G?
Frequency, Beamforming, and Massive MIMO arrays
FREQUENCY
One way to achieve higher data throughput is using a higher frequency transmission band. 5G is the first generation that pushes into the mmWave band, using 20-60GHz for its "high band" coverage.
However, 5G still also uses low band (<1GHz) and mid band (1-6Ghz)
mmWaves allow for crazy high data transmission, but at a terribly poor range.
mmWaves can support:
-10Gb/sec but only up to 1000ft of range
-1 MILLION "smart devices" but only within 0.5 miles
higher frequency = higher amount of dissipation/disruption
This is one of the main reasons why they need to install SO MANY 5G towers/repeaters, especially in cities.
20-60GHz signals are easily affected by trees, buildings, even glass + gases in the air such as oxygen.
For this reason, mmWaves likely will be only used in cities.
BEAMFORMING
Because of all these challenges with mmWaves, telecom engineers had to get creative
Enter beamforming.
Beamforming takes multiple antennas and transmits the same signal at identical wavelength + phase to acheive a single, more targeted wave in a specific direction.
Compared to 4G, which is omni directional and blasts waves in all directions, beamforming is a very targeted and precise way to deliver RF waves.
Because of the multiple radiating elements, beamforming is also FAR HIGHER POWER compared to omni directional/4G signals.
MASSIVE MIMO
In order to beamform, you need multiple antennas. Multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) systems have been used in wireless telecom for years, but 5G is taking it up a level.
5G is implementing what is now called "Massive MIMO" (not kidding)
Massive MIMO in 5G base stations can support up to 100 ports, compared to 12 on most 4G towers. That is a 22X increase in antennas on a single array.
This allows for highly accurate beam steering to avoid signal dissipation and interference, which is a big problem w/ mmWaves
This technology was taken from military radar and weapon systems that are called Active Electronic Steered Arrays (AESA).
AESA antennas are replacing single beam antennas in most new defense weapon systems in the military.
They greatly improve ability to jam enemy radar
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR HEALTH?
Now that you got the tech scoop, you can better understand how 5G might be scrambling our brains to a higher degree compared to 3G/4G
You may also be a non-believer that any RF is bad for our health, so let me quickly convince you.
Dr. Henry Lai has a database of 2500+ studies summarizing biological effects from EMF exposure.
For RF he found that:
89% of 333 RFR studies published since 1997 reported significant effects on oxidative stress including 96% of 92 studies with a SAR ≤ 0.40 W/kg
If that's not enough, the NTP study concluded that 2G & 3G cellphones showed clear evidence of association with tumors in rats & significant increases in DNA damage in mice.
2+ year, $20M+ study done by the National Toxicology Program
RFs are harmful for biology. Case CLOSED.
Not convinced? Well lets look at some specific research reviews on common 4G frequencies, such as 2.4GHz ala Wi-Fi
5G, even though it is has the mmWave (20-50GHZ) bands is mostly operating at 2-6GHz today.
5G mid band is Wi-Fi on steroids. Higher power, directed right at you.
Maybe you still aren't convinced, so let me dig up the research on mmWave frequencies. This is actually very challenging to find, so thank god for Dr. Martin Pall. Telecom giants hate him.
Everyone says, higher frequency = lower penetration on the body
Pall says that's wrong.
Pall says that the magnetic field penetrates deep and mmWaves cause biological issues which disproves the penetration theory
There isn't a ton of mmWave research, but Pall summarizes that mmWaves:
-change human EEGs
-change neuronal firing rate
-alter plasma membrane properties
The crazy part? The above effects of mmWaves were found in a non-pulsed wave, and at 1/1000th the public safety limit.
Now consider what the pulsed, full power 5G mmWave beam may be doing to your biology.

mmWave research is limited for good reason, industry doesn't want another NTP study to break their business case.
The good thing is that 5G is not really using mmWaves yet
However, they are used elsewhere:
-Starlink
-Automotive radar sensors
-Crowd Control/Active Denial Systems
HOW TO AVOID / MITAGATE 5G EXPOSURE
The benefit of 5G? It is actually easier to avoid.
Since MIMO and beamforming is highly targeted, if you remove yourself / devices as receivers and don't spend time near other receievers of the signal, you basically have zero exposure.
Recommendations:
1) Move out of the city. Suburbs is a big improvement. Top 25 cities are 5G hubs & will be first to roll out mmWave usage regularly
2) Turn 5G off on your cellular data.
3) Spend less time in high "smart device" areas. More likely to be in "the 5G path".
CONSPIRACY THEORIES
Did 5G cause COVID or excess deaths from jabs?
Doubtful, but it certainly has contributed to the public health epidemic imo and the jab is a direct result of mitochondrial dysfunction which EMFs exacerbate tremendously.

SUMMARY
5G is an entirely different animal compared to 3G/4G, which have hundreds of studies proving harmful effects.
We are part of yet another giant science experiment as a society.
Good news: 5G is easier to avoid since it is more targeted
Bad news: the worst is yet to come
