My mother went into an Ulta in North Carolina the other day to return some shampoo that didn’t work for her.
She told me that the employee was “a man in a dress”. He proceeded to tell my mother that she couldn’t return her shampoo. My mother asked for a manager because she was under the impression that Ulta has a policy that states you can return anything within 60 days with a receipt. (She is correct).
As she spoke to the manager, the trans stood over my little mother in an intimidating manner. My mom was repeatedly interrupted by the trans identifying man who kept saying “She”, “she”, “she”, “SHE!” every time my elderly mother called him a “him” during her explanation to management.
The manager was not helpful and just stared at my mother. After not receiving any help, my mother left with her useless shampoo.
This needs to end. Forcing others to participate in your delusions to the point of rudeness and intimidation should not be tolerated by ANYONE.
I wish I had been there with my mother and that abusive man, I would have made him famous.
