Vajpayee govt recognised his talent n sent him to Israel in 2004 to get specially trained on combat techniques.

Congress was looking for ways to arrest and harass Hindu leaders n ruthlessly went after Lucky Bisht, stating that only he had such skills.
They arrested him just on basis of suspicion, without any proofs, that too for murders of gangsters.
