AVOCADO SMOOTHIE RECIPE🥑
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of spinach or kale
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
1. Peel and pit the avocado, and peel the banana.
2. Place the avocado, banana, spinach or kale, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie, then blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is well mixed.
5. Pour into glasses and enjoy your nutritious avocado smoothie..
