2. At khandala, col Purohit was kept illegally without him officially arrested; They told d Col that there is nothing against him & he can leave, he kept insisting for a vehicle to drop him to the bus stand

4. One of d God fearing PI from ATS came to him & told him not to leave as it was planned to kill him in a โfalseโ encounter, to prove his point, he showed him to pistols, one to pad it on him & other to shoot him

5. Had he been killed that day. He couldnโt have been alive to defend how the RDX reached the house of Mr Chaturvedi also accused in d case
