US itself is not directly in war but indirectly US n NATO is fighting against Russia n Russia thinks...Britain and France also have nuclear weapons and they are also aimed against Russia....Treaty only stops US and Russia but France and Britain dont have such obligations....He also said US is not showing honesty in its site inspection by Russia....Russia have highest number of nuclear weapons in world.
