@Garden_Treeman @_Namrataa I shared the ordeal of that KP colonel because I felt sorry for him. Half of his family was killed on that day. I faithfully reproduced whatever he wrote. I have also not blamed Army and explicitly stated it was a collective failure of entire state machinery and not just army.(1)
