- As the number of Coronavirus infections increases in Italy, there is an urgent need for some medical supplies and a scarcity of supply and supply chains, an emerging company that uses 3D printing to print some of the tools that have saved hundreds in the world.
- Time to take advantage of 3D printing technologies
We tried to print some medical supplies (as prototypes, not for use), such as masks.
In addition to printing engineering, architectural and other forms.
# Engineering pamphlet explaining the possibility of compensation using alternatives and the development of ventilators :
1-Auburn University of Engineering is redesigning and converting the CPAP positive respirator using PLC with oxygen for the ventilator
It made him inhale, exhale, and maintain pressure.
2- The above device costs about $ 700 to redesign and innovate CPAP devices
For more information about him:

3- As we talk about CPAP, there are advanced types of more functions like APAP and BiPAP, and the differences between them. Follow me:

4- The respirators are reviewed as required and replaced with regularly available devices with little modification to become respirators with pressure control.

5- Here is a medical research paper from 2010 on the possibility of using BiPAP devices, from which we conclude the ability to reset and adjust CPAP devices so that they can be used as ventilator in such an acute crisis of lack of devices.

6-In the epidemic that the world is facing, the importance of ICU care rooms is most important and the most important equipment in this period is the Ventilator
Because the virus has the property to attack the respiratory system, any solutions in this area will raise the health capacity to receive critical cases.
Example: an expensive, specialized device
The idea of open sources in artificial respirators began in the world in 2003 when bird flu spread and then continued to introduce a prototype in 2008.
In the # Corona epidemic, the first open source 3D Ventilator device called VentilAid was launched

In support of the national campaign to combat the Corona Covid_19  epidemic, the "Printing and Building Technologies" services bureau provided consultations to @ICRSUQU
In the field of free 3D printing to the Ministry of Health
@SaudiMOH
Especially because of the tremendous potential we see in this technology in the countries of the world to fill the deficit in the supply lines of medical equipment. ??

We printed a 3D mask in cooperation with @3Ditcorp
To protect the face of health practitioners when facing Corona with open source designs,
they were designed in the Czech Republic, Canada and Italy, and approved by the health authorities in these countries, and we worked on developing a Saudi model with higher design quality and productivity.
1-Face shield, simple design, the main benefit of which is to protect the doctor from the patient’s droplets. At @3Ditcorp we developed the shield by adding joints to add the ability to lift the shield off the face when needed.
2-Printed face masks, there are a lot of open source masks designs that you can download from their sources and then print using your own printer.
These masks are important for filtering air before it reaches you. Because most of them contain filters that can be made at home.
3-Ventilators (lung ventilator). They are devices that pump air to the patient's lung in the event of a lung failure.
  When manufacturing such devices,
the amount of air pressure must be taken into account and properly calculated so as not to cause harm to the patient.
4- Oxygen valves, here we used printers to save Coronavirius patients.
The Italian experience in confronting this virus resulted in an acute shortage of oxygen valves,
forcing them to go to 3D printing to produce this valve.
