Feeding each other:
RasulAllah ﷺ “You will be rewarded for whatever you spend for Allah’s sake even if it were a morsel which you put in your wife’s mouth.”(Al Bukhari)

‘Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated:

Laying in each other’s lap:
The Prophet (ﷺ) would recline in the lap of our beloved mother, A’isha, even in the state when she would be menstruating.
The Prophet (ﷺ) would recite the Qur῾ān whilst reclining in his wife’s lap.
Al-Bukhari

Aisha (RA) would comb the hair of the Prophet (ﷺ) and wash his hair.
Bukhrai, Tirmidhi

Respect and love her, and her loved ones:
One day, the Prophet’s companion, Amr ibn Al-As, said: “I came to the Prophet and said
Which people do you love most?”
He replied, “Aisha.”
I said: “From amongst the men?”
He replied, “Her father, (Abu Bakr).”

Eating from the same spot:
Narration by Aisha “RasulAllah ﷺ used to put his mouth on the place where I had drunk from, & he would drink from what was leftover by me, even if I was menstruating.”

Albani
Spending time with another:
Aisha narrated, “I remember RasulAllah ﷺ standing at the door of my room, screening me with his cloak, so that I could see the sport of the Abyssinians on Eid, as they played with their spears in the masjid.”
Bukhari
Talking with each other:
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and the Prophet ﷺ would often spend time entertaining themselves by sharing tales.
Recorded in Bukhari
Ibn Abbās: “As my wife adorns herself for me, I adorn myself for her. I dont want to take all my rights from her so she will not take all of her rights from me, because Allah, stated the following:
“And women shall have rights similar to the rights against them.” Quran2:228
The Prophet stated ﷺ “Allah is pleased when a husband plays with his wife, due to this he fixes thawaab (good reward) for them or he establishes halal rizq (lawful sustenance) for them.”
(Al-Ifsah Ibn Hajr Haithami)
It’s sunnah to kiss your wife before going to the masjid:
It was narrated that ‘A’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said that the Prophet ﷺ always kissed one of his wives then went out to pray,”
Abu Dawood
A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) narrates that RasulAllah ﷺ would kiss one of his wives and then leave for prayer.
Urwa says that I asked A’isha: “It must have been you?” Upon hearing this, A’isha smiled.”(Sunan al-Tirmidhi,
The above 2 narrations indicate the recommendation of kissing one’s spouse.
They show the importance of greeting the wife when entering the house with a kiss and departing with a kiss.
