Many ways to take advantage of that feature. u can also use it with individual stocks to see retail's participation. Example if a popular stock keeps rising, along with keyword searches for its ticker, then u know retail is buying the highs while smart money is building short
Example this was $TSLA a few months ago when it went parabolic. Notice how keyword searches for " $TSLA "kept rising as the stock went parabolic, then peaked RIGHT before TSLA peaked. Same thing happened with bitcoin back in 2017. Searches peaked in dec 2017, then bitcoin crashed
So in short, taking advantage of mass psychology & herd mentality is a big part of my "sentiment analysis" (coupled with Technicals & Fundamentals).
Knowing what the "dumb" money is buying instantly shows u what the smart money is selling.
