I did some in-depth work on my REITs platform, which is a tracker sheet filled with information related to the REITs I follow
As such, I thought it would be helpful to go through each Major REIT sectors and drop some names I follow and valuations

Let's begin with my favorite sector, Net-Lease REITs
These types of REITs buy properties and lease them to tenants, transferring all ownership related expenses as well
Tenants pay Property Taxes, Insurance, & Maintenance costs
Here are some of the Net-Lease names I follow

Safest REIT in the sector is $O
The name I like the best has to be $STOR. They are working to build a similar portfolio as $O, but they do not focus as much on Investment Grade tenants like $O
This allows $STOR to maintain higher lease escalations and longer leases

$NNN $SRC $WPC $VICI are quality plays as well
$EPR is a highly speculative play. They own water parks, movie theaters, many of the Top Golf parks. If you feel these will recover, this could provide HUGE upside
Do yo own any Net Lease REITs?
