Yes, I did confirm w/ a real body radiologist. Opened it up & was like "Sweet... a normal young person spine!!!" Case demonstrates 2 things... 1) look at edge of exam & 2) rarely backpain is not back related. #EmoryRadCOTD
While rare, adenomyosis can translate to intermittent back pain. Might start progesterone only birth control or hysterectomy depending on severity & fertility desires. Boards tip: junctional zone should be 12 mm for diagnosis (so I'm told).
