If you buy a Bosch-Siemens appliance in India, just pray that you don't require any service for it.

A complaint registered 2 days back on their toll-free number. Nothing further.
Just don't know what to do further.
Have vowed never ever to buy any Siemens, Bosch products. Howsoever good they maybe. Without service, just can't go for it.

And the pathetic service continues. Someone did come on 28th and said a part needs to be changed. Charged service fee, and said part is not available and needs to be ordered. Still no reply.
@boschindia has not had the courtesy to call at least one.

This happened with a previous part in Aug too. Took a long time to come. They just don't have the parts. And that too in a big city like Pune.
I seriously hope all those people who buy @BoschGlobal do consider the service aspect.
My machine now down for almost a month.
