Alright, cleared out enough early october DMs. HAGW guys.
Also, spend ur weekend wisely (data, charts), but also remember to enjoy your fam.
The 110-125 hour weeks I used to put up in my early days got me to where I am now, but it came at the expense of family. HUGE regrets.

I used to wake up at 7am,
plan for the market until 9am,
trade (blow up) until 4pm,
go over why i blew up until 6pm
spend time with my child or GF for only an 1hr at most.
then back to charts until 3am. Rinse & repeat.
I called it "work ethic". but it was fucking stupid

Testosterone levels dropped to shit..
Energy went to shit..
sex drive was shit..
And worst of all, missed SO many of my daughter's "toddler milestones" b/c all i wanted to do was "make it".
Well now im home all day but will never see those moments again (she's 8 yrs old now)

And I regret it almost daily. Every now and then my GF would show me cute clips/videos of when she was younger, and I would say "holy shit, that was so cute, where was I when she did this??".
And her answer is always. "you were locked up in that damn office. Where else?".

So dont get me wrong, u HAVE to put in the work, there's NO way around it, but dont be a fucking maniac. Find BALANCE.
We trade because we want FREEDOM. But is it really freedom if u're locked inside a room all day while life passes u by?
